RADIO BOO – 9:00 AM


Listen to old ghost stories, Halloween music; hear the Boo-rade broadcasted live on our all new Radio Boo Station.  Radio Boo will also be broadcasting event times, where to park and other important information.  So tune your FM station into 90.3 and listen to Radio Boo!

MACABRE THEATRE – 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM


This event is sponsored by SEFF Inc.  Come and enjoy live entertainment.   Come and enjoy live music, dancing and much, much more.  Entertainment provided local area entertainers.  This event is located in the Sleepy Hollow Main Stage area located on Bell.

A BARK IN THE PARK – 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Local Vet Dr. Marr & Dr. Roach will be available for all your needs. Dr. Marr will be offering micro-chipping for your pet’s safety and Heart Worm Prevention Education while Dr. Roach will offer vaccinations.  In addition Four Paws Pet Salon will be on hand doing nails and etc.  There will games and contest for pets.  This event will take place at Woodland Park.


FRANKENMUTT HOWL-O-WEEN PET COSTUME CONTEST – 10:00 AM

Some dogs give you that look when you dress them up.  You know the one.  It says, “With all I do for you, this how you repay me.”  Well, despite any possible pet trepidation, these are always a lot of fun.  Which pet will take home the prize in the Howl-o-ween costume contest?  You’ll just have to wait and see.  The event is sponsored by Canine Companions for Independence – Red Earth Champions.  This event will take place at Woodland Park.

NOTE:  All dogs must have current vaccinations and rabies shots.  All participants must sign waiver.  All dogs must be on LEASH at all times.  Female dogs in any state of heat will not be allowed to participate.  Event officials reserve the right to refuse entry to aggressive animals.


(NEW) BOO-ROD AUTO SHOW – 10:00 AM
Name the era, and there will probably be an automobile in representation of it.  Check out cars from nearly every decade and vote for your favorite.  This event will take place in Woodland Park.


(NEW) HEARSE AUTO SHOW – 10:00 AM


Come and see hearse from the Texhoma Hearse Association.  See Hearse from 1920 - 1970 will be on display in the Twilight Zone Area.  Watch for them also in the Boo-rade.


(NEW) BOO-TIQUE CRAFT and GIFT EMPORIUM – 10:00 AM

Come shop with us at our brand new Boo-tique Craft and Gift Emporium.  The Boo-tique and Gift Emporium is located near the Twilight Zone on Bell Street.

PUMPKIN PIE EATING CONTEST – 11:00 AM

How fast can you eat a pumpkin pie?  There will be three qualifying rounds with the semi-finals to follow with a Grand Champion emerging from this group.  There will be a prize award to the Grand Champion.  This event is located at the Sleepy Hollow Main Stage Area on Bell.

(NEW) CONEY ISLAND HOT DOG EATING CONTEST – 12:30 PM

How many delicious Coney Island Dogs can you hold?  Coney Island is hosting our first ever Hot Dog Eating Contest.  There will be a Grand Champion emerging from this group.  This event will be located at the Sleepy Hollow Main Stage Area on Bell.


(NEW) BOO-RADE – 3:00 PM

Everyone loves a parade.  Come and see Hearse from different eras, from classic designs to horse drawn.  This event will take place on Main Street.  So come and Mayor Pumpkin Head, Ms. Candy Corn, Glenda the Good Witch and The Wicked Witch will be on hand.  The Boo-rade will signal the start of Trick or Treat.  Parade will start at the Santa Fe Depot and will turn back Seventh Street at Broadway.

(NEW) WILON’S PHOTO BOOTH – 3:30 PM

Visit this booth to capture those precious and oh so scary costumes.  Photo packages are available.


PUMPKINVILLE MAIN STREET TRICK OR TREAT – 3:30 – 5:00 PM


This event is sponsored by Downtown Shawnee Merchants and SEFF Inc.  This event is free and open to the public.  Children ages 12 and under can trick-or-treat and participating downtown merchants.  Trail is approximately three blocks long.  This event will take place starting at Broadway and Main and will continue to Oklahoma and Main and will include a small part of Bell Avenue.

Visit with Mayor Pumpkin Head, Ms. Candy Corn, Glenda and others at this magical stop.



 
(NEW) MAYOR PUMPKIN HEAD & MS CANDY CORN WEDDING – 4:30 PM


Come and be a part of this magical event as Mayor Pumpkin finally weds Ms. Candy Corn.  Glenda the good witch will be on hand to wed these two Boo on Bell icons but you’d better be on the lookout because the Wicked Witch is sure to turn up!  Stay and join these zany characters and enjoy wedding cake provided by DC Cake Appeal. TWILIGHT ZONE THE CARNIVAL - 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM

This event is sponsored by SEFF Inc.  Play all your favorite carnival games.  Each booth is run by a separate non-profit organization, raising money for a number of worthy causes.  Come play the many “old-fashion” carnival games, also come bounce to the moon on the two moon bounces.  Twilight has much more to offer.

ZOMBIE ISLAND – 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

New and improved to the Boo on Bell family is Zombie Island.  Come hang out in the graveyard with some Ghost and Ghouls.  Zombie has something to offer teens and the young at heart a place to hang out.  Come and join in some eerie games. Please note this island maybe too intense for younger children.

(NEW)  PRIATES PLUNDER PRIZE BOOTH – 5:00 PM


Ahoy me mates!  Bring your golden prize tokens to this booth and redeem them for prizes.  You will find a vast assortment of toys, plushes and other wonderful items.

New this year is Boo Bingo.  Come and play bingo under the stars and try to win some fabulous prizes.  Boo Bingo is located between Zombie Island and Twilight Zone Carnival Area just off of Bell.

GROOVIE GHOULIES STREET DANCE – 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Come and show off your Transylvania Twist with the other Mummies and Ghouls in our Haunted Graveyard.  Headlining the event will be Bad Influence!  This event is located on the Sleepy Hallow Stage.

HAYRIDE – 5:00 PM

C&H Carriage Rides sponsors this event.  Take a ride down historical Bell Street nestled in a bed of hay for a fall fun ride around the downtown area.

REST IN PIECES COSTUME CONTEST – 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

There are several categories that include Children, Teen & Family.  Prizes will be awarded in each division.  This event will take place at Twilight Zone.

13 SPIRITS OF SHAWNEE TERROR-TORY GHOST TOURS

(NEW)  BACK ALLEY T-BONE TOURS – 6:30 PM

Come and join us on an eerie journey into Old Shawnee Town’s haunted past as you stroll past 19th century buildings in the downtown historical district.  Stories and legends of the unusual and supernatural are combined with the fun and fascinating history of our city.  The tour is chock-full of old stories and legends of paranormal experiences.  Tours will start at the Alley located on Bell Street at dark.  Cost for the tours is as follows:  Child admission is $4.00 and Adult admission is $6.00.  This event may be too intense for smaller children.  Children 4 and under are free.

(NEW) WISHING WELL PARANORMAL TOUR – 6:30 PM

Come and join Oklahoma Paranormal Research and Investigations Team as they lead you on an investigation of one of Shawnee’s most haunted buildings.  The Wishing Well Antique Mall once was home to the Bison Theatre.  Many strange occurrences have taken place.  Tours will start at the Wishing Well Antique Mall located at 225 E. Main at dark.  Cost for the tour is as follows:  Child admission is $4.00 and Adult admission is $6.00.  This event will be in the dark, please bring flashlights, audio devices and cameras.  Event may be too intense for smaller children.  Children 4 and under are free.

This event is sponsored by SEFF.  Wonderful and spooky culinary delights will be served all day during the Boo on Bell.  You will find many different cuisines (Italian, Mexican, American and etc.).  Feast on items such Indian Tacos, Fried Twinkies, BBQ, Burgers, Funnel Cakes, and etc.  Everyone is sure to find something they will enjoy.  The food court is located off Main on Bell Street.
